Explain how David Hasselhoff had a platinum album followed by a number 1 song in Germany.

That's easy. He's just damn good at everything he does.

I have an aversion to most christmas music after working for several years in a restuarant that only had one tape that played from thanksgiving until after xmas.  I still feel for retail people who have to listen for several hours a day, for weeks

I was there when he sang by the wall and believe you may have a skewed view of his ability.

Any song would become hell after hearing it enough times.  A better question would be which song would take the fewest plays to get you to kill yourself.

The answer is anything by Miley Cyrus and 3 plays.

It would have to be a xmas song. I hate all of them equally so it doesn't matter which one. My 'holiday music aversion' was the direct result of working in retail during the holiday seasons.

What songs would they play in Hell?

Your favorite ones of course.

At first you're all "groovy! I love this song!". You're rockin' out to your favorite tunes but after a few days of constant play you start to become bored with it. Time passes. You start to wish they'd play something else instead but it just goes on and on. You're becoming irritated. Weeks pass. You've tried to block it out but you can't. Months go by. You know every lyric now. Every chord change. Every flaw. Just the thought of having to listen to it any longer enrages you but it doesn't stop. It never stops.

And that's how Hell gets you to hate the thing you like the most.

If Hell existed. It doesn't so the world gave us Christmas music instead.

The Chemical Brothers - The Salmon Dance. When this song came out it was on regular rotation on a local radio station. I actually like the song, but hearing it even more than a couple times week was too much.
