God rest Yee, Mary, Gentlemen...
Wise men: "Stop calling him Yee. He's Joseph!"

The merry is an adjective that modifies the rest that God bestows on the gentlemen.

Do you even poetry, bro?

What if you're saying you hope God shuts up the loud-ass bunch of party boys who keep banging on about five gold rings

Is this a deliberate trap to see who changes the adjectival form into the relevant noun?  Because it's tempting, I don't want to lie, but it also seems like a trap.

"Ye" is wrong because it was always nominative, never accusative. This is not the same "ye" as the corruption of Þe, as thou seest in "Ye Olde Dildoe Shoppe."
