Here, I will save you approximately $20:

1) Purchase 1 pint (473mL) of heavy cream for $3.50
2) Combine heavy cream with 1.5 oz (45mL) to 2 oz (60mL) of vodka in a bowl
3) Apply electric mixer until stiff peaks form
4) YOU'RE WELCOME

I would have expected to need a stabilizer in there somewhere.

No, as long as you don't oversaturate it. I've done it a few times, especially when we have flavored vodkas that we want to use up. This goes for the liqueurs too (e.g. creme de cacao, triple sec, buttershots, coffee/Kahlua, etc.)

I guess you could add some powdered sugar (which contains cornstarch) if you add too much booze or it gets sloppy-looking.

That sounds pointless.

And of course it'll probably sell well.

I've had vodka infused whipped cream before and I can tell you it tastes a whole lot more like vodka than whipped cream.

Well, isn't that farking ridiculous? Never mind the ridiculous price on that BS - there's no ingredients list that I can find. First, it's a non-dairy cream topping, but the can says "whipped cream." Second, it's clearly artificially flavored. Third, 10% by volume of 375ml is 37.5 ml, or just over one goddamned shot of vodka. That's it. You'd have to consume the ENTIRE GODDAMNED CAN to get a shot of vodka.

For $20.00.

FFS, some folks are too goddamned stupid to walk this planet.

Was gonna say, egg whites tend to need a stabilizer, heavy cream often doesn't. It does help if the cream is very cold.
