Max can win the title this weekend, but his destiny is not entirely in his hands. He need to either win with Lewis finishing P7 or lower; or finish second with Lewis finishing P10 or lower, and also not getting the fastest lap if he does finish P10.

Likewise, Mercedes can win the constructors championship, but they would need for Red Bull to have a poor showing on Sunday.

I love how at the end they have a section called "The Human Rights Question". come on - like F1 would even care. I imagine the negotiations between them and these middle eastern countries goes something like "okay how many bucket loads of money are you giving us? uh - we'll get some questions from the media about how you treat your citizens, so add a few more bucket loads and you have a deal..."

but I think Hamilton is still the favorite. after what he pulled off in Brazil - I don't know if Verstappen can stop him

This weekend's track is another fast one which the pundits think favours Hamilton with a slightly faster car. Love him or hate him, you can't deny that Hamilton is a fighter and he isn't giving this up easily. In fact he may be better when he's under this kind of pressure.

He's got his good and bad points.  I think he's incredibly skilled and had matured quite a bit from even a few years ago.  But I can kind of see why he has his detractors.

Max on the other hand,is the product of the asshole macho asshole.culture that is Red Bull's racing team.  He's just an asshole in almost every sense of the word.

Oddly enough, he might be more skilled than Hamilton.  But if he had avoided Lewis at Silverstone the way Lewis avoided him in Brazil, he would have won the championship last weekend.  As it.is, his "I'm not going to yield because I won't be his biatch" cost him the championship.

I mean, here's a guy that crashed out fighting against a backpacker with fresh tires trying to unload himself, and then follows that going to the weighing area to pick a fight with him.  He's a farking asshole, like his boss Horner.

If Max has the points lead going into the final race, Hamilton will not make it around turn 1.

Dang autocorrect.  i guess "backmarker" and "unlap" aren't in my phone's vocab.

\ I'd probably fight a backpacker trying to unload himself as well.

The best case scenario for Lewis this weekend is winning while Max finishes 3rd or worse. If Max is tied with Lewis after Abu Dhabi, Max wins the title thanks to more wins and they'd be tied after this weekend if Lewis wins and gets fastest lap while Max gets 2nd.
