Highly recommend watching What We Do in the Shadows. Funniest series I've seen in a long time.

That was neat. And I applaud the efforts, but... why?

I'm curious where they got all the old etchings and illuminated manuscript pages for the show. Some of those are buckin' fonkers. Sounds like a dream job for an art historian.

It's probably too British to be amusing to Americans, but I've been enjoying Natasia Demetriou's brother Jamie's sitcom, Stath Lets Flats. Worth giving a go if you can, but like I say, probably too British to have a wider international appeal. Natasia plays his sister in it, too.

And I was just reading this earlier, which says that Taika Waititi has a pirate-themed sitcom coming up, with Rhys Darby, Guz Khan and Spud from Trainspotting. I will definitely be looking out for that.

/Still haven't even caught up on Wellington Paranormal yet.

The humor is more subtle in Wellington but you can see a through line from WWDITS. A good watch and a quick binge.

You definitely need to be paying attention when watching Wellington. Their accents can be thick at times.

That's why I watch with subtitles on.

Nope, nothing to do with my age, the constant ringing in my ears or any of that. And the fact that the word I use most commonly in conversation is "what" also is totally unrelated.

I use subtitles because the accents on TV shows, all TV shows, are so hard to understand.
