There's only two reasons to have a car like this.  One is in the article:

Everyone one of these makes me think of someone compensating in a different way.

The white one in back is because his mom wouldn't let him keep that baby alligator he found that time when he was 7.

Not that amazing. It is just two separate cars attached to each other by a spacer. They have to remove the steering wheel of number two when at shows.
