No, they are just normal New York Democratic d bags. Whatever party is dominant in an area tends to be as corrupt as these two shia t bags.  The difference is in most areas, you don't get blown by idiots like Colbert or an entire news network proclaiming the greatness of Cuomosexuals.

I hope CNN prints this article out so they can place it by their ratings to keep everything in context.

I just now noticed how much Andrew Cuomo resembles Fat Tony.

2021-11-30 1:42:25 AM
As the leader of the opposition, he did a lot of good work to move the needle in the fight against the Coronavirus. He made a lot of mistakes along the way, but he was on "our side". That doesn't excuse unacceptable behavior and abuses of power.

This is the same Avenatti situation all over again. The lesson is that we can't turn a blind eye to scumbags whether they are our scumbags or not. It's okay to appreciate the work he did to fight the good fight against Trump, but it's important to accept that he is a flawed person at the same time. If his flaws mean we should turn our backs, then that is the right course of action. We should be wed to the truth and justice, not to any particular human being.

Have The Party issue a burn notice on Fredo and the brother.  Have the whole machine grind to a halt for them.  Turn off the power and water to Fredo and his brother.  Refuse to sell food to their family.  Don't educate their children.  Make them run to the GQP and grovel at their feet to accept them into their tribe.  Have a judge legally change their names to Fredo Cuomo and Fredo Cuomo.  Hell, have the judge change their name to just Fredo.  Drop Cuomo from their name.  Wipe the name Cuomo from all the bridges and buildings.  Wipe Mario from the history, make the Fredo's know that they failed in their quest for Historical immortality.  Make their name forgotten.  Except for Fredo.  Make sure we all remember their names are Fredo and Fredo.  No, they don't even get separate names.  They have to share the name of shame.

Hopefully this shiat ends the careers of both brothers. Cleaning out some corrupt trash just helps politics.

Uhhhmmm, Coumo does get paid to present an accurate depiction of current events. He does an exemplary job of giving accurate reports on a consistent basis.

Now witness the modern conservative do mental backflips to work themselves into a shrieking froth of "SEE!!! BOTH SIDES!!! HOW DARE YOU!!! LOCK THEM UP!"

Meanwhile even the slightest offences get people ousted (Franken) and the worst fully prosecuted and tossed in the clink (Weiner/Blagojavich(sp?).

You stifle investigations, throw false accusations/equivelancies, deny deny deny and lie and when all else fails pay all their legal fees and threaten to kill anyone daring to hold a criminal on "THEIR" side to account.

One Cuomo has already fallen. The other one likely will as well.

And at the hands of DEMOCRATS!!!!

Meanwhile you ding dongs protect every fraudster and pedophile like you were the friggen' Vatican.

Get buggered ya hypocritical dick sh*tters.

Did they take money from Russia?

Did they shake dictator's hands?

Did they encourage foreign espionage?

Did they encourage violence against the press?

So you're saying that you, above the rest of us, is extremely angry at this turn of events because of how unacceptable it is for a supposedly ethical journalist to abuse his resources for personal/familial gain?

Becoming?

Both Andrew and Mario Cuomo took piles of cash from the Trumps. Mario was doing legal work for Fred Trump in the 50's.

The best part of all this remains Andy's ex Sandra Lee being all get-a-room slobbery with her new, younger boyfriend.

Chris Cuomo should follow his brother and resign.

Then they could start a plumbing company where they get high on shrooms, and fark up people's pipes while looking for princesses that they hallucinate.

That's right, the Super Cuomio Brothers.

2021-11-30 5:39:03 AM
What a gross set of brothers.  It's almost like the children of famous people grow up learning they can do whatever they want.

Oh well, I'm sure our homegrown aristocracy is fine and won't cause us any problems going forward!

That's what gets me about several of the people that CNN and MSNBC keep: they're not only dumb/corrupt/insane (hi there, Joy Reid), their ratings suck.  Why not try someone and/or something new?

The difference here is that the Dems were fine with kicking Andrew out instead of trying to burn down the country trying to keep him around.  And Chris is toast.

In typical democratic constituency fashion it wasn't the killing of thousands of low income nursing home residents and hiding thousands of deaths from the cdc that was the problem, it was when he made some creepy advances on women, that was the deal breaker.

Those are about the words I was looking for to express my thoughts. But with Chris's trying too hard to be cool with the use of the term brother at his age, his mask hypocrisy, and then the topic of this thread, I lost all respect and trust that I haven't watched in a month or two--instead spend that time reading. Sadly, by extension Lemon--who I was coming to respect, have a book of his on my reading list--and the network as a whole suffered some of the splash over of my distaste that I watch them less overall. Don't even turn on when I know of breaking news; instead turn on the computer. I assume others feel similarly that they've got a problem they need to fix.

The Trumps were New York Democrats until he ran for President.
Keep in mind Cuomo played by the same playbook when he tried to protect other incumbents by rigging primaries so another AOC doesn't get elected.

They don't believe in Democracy either ,only Wall Street profits matter.

The fact that anyone here didn't know the cuomos were pieces of shiat 20 years ago, and are defending them for their current issues/or doesn't know about the current issues just shows the power of a friendly and complicit media.

If they'd been reported on honestly, they'd have been little more than footnotes in daddy cuomos biography.

Lemon is a piece of work, too. You aren't missing anything in not watching him and his news character.

Even before the shiat started to hit the fan with Andrew Cuomo, Chris shouldn't have been giving softball interviews of his own brother on a regular basis.  Chris obviously needs to resign, but I think the news director or whoever gave the okay to those interviews in the first place needs to be canned as well.

How so? But I do take your point on the character. I half expected Chris and Don's fawning over each escalating to pawing each other and tongue-kissing during their transition like SNL's skits of Joe and Mika over on another network. (That other network isn't any better with their fawning over each other when shows transition.)

I don't see that subby.    But if you crave a binary "Either like or unlike" here it is.  The Trump is all zeros.  The Cuomo is all ones.

Cuomo is a piece of shiat who got what was coming to him, but playing Monday morning quarterback on a global pandemic isn't going to fix anything.  He was a voice of (smarmy and egotistical) sanity when we had Trump denying it was happening, hawking snake oil and shutting down the experts on live TV.

Did he make all the best choices?  I have no idea, but it was probably the best out of all of bad ones at the time (keeping patients in overwhelmed hospitals versus sending them to purportedly well run nursing homes that could keep them isolated).  Covering it up for purely political purposes was farking idiotic and he should burn for that.

That said, Cuomo is a piece of shiat.

He was not the voice of sanity.

Do you not remember him saying he'd refuse to allow any vaccine to be distributed in NY?  Do you not remember him holding photo ops for the completely unnecessary graves in central park? Do you not remember him crying for ventilators when they were sitting on more than they had requested?

He thought covid was his springboard to the presidency, and the media was there to make it happen.

And we knew all of this AS IT WAS HAPPENING.

No Monday morning quarterbacking needed.  Every decision cuomo made was wrong, and was done for photo ops and political expediency.

I remember him saying that any vaccine rushed by the Trump admin would be evaluated by the DOH, which seemed sensible when Trump was saying he was going to rush it out in months.  I don't remember that specific photo op, but he is a self serving asshole, so I'm sure he did.  I remember the projected need for ventilators exceeding what was available and that ultimately that projected number wasn't needed due to mitigation measures taken, which Cuomo, the piece of shiat that he is, was promoting on his daily public jerk off sessions.

Cuomo is a piece of shiat, but at the farking time he was taking it seriously which was diametrically opposed to the asshole who was telling us all it would magically disappear and quashing any voices saying otherwise.  Some public figure taking it seriously was needed, and fark us, we got Cuomo.
