He's also starring in Uncharted for Sony which will be another trilogy. Well as long as Mark Wahlberg doesn't fark it up.

NFT Bros caused the site to crash.  I'm incredibly interested to see how many actually show up, as required, for the NFT they think they're getting.

I think it has more to do with Sony realizing that two MCU films focusing on characters that haven't been relevant since the late 70's each performed about as well as their film featuring one of the most hyped and popular anti-hero characters in comics. As well as moving another tentpole character film, Morbius, into that oh-so-crucial horror film release month of February.

I don't think Sony has high hopes for Morbius at all.

Pretty sure they ran the numbers and figured out they earn more by being a part of the MCU, even with Disney's cut, than they do on their own.

I loved Homecoming and kinda loved Far From Home (stupid premise but done well), but this look like an over-stuffed mess. Bring me the next Dr. Strange movie instead, please.

Sony and AMC launched an NFT for Spider-Man.  The first 86k ticket purchases who were subscribers to the various services got access to the potential to receive an NFT, if they redeemed and scanned their ticket at the theater during the show.

Im still trying to reconcile Holland as Drake yelling 'oh crap!' repeatedly instead of 'shiat shiat. Oh shiat!' . Hearing Wahlberg yelling 'NATE!' Repeatedly is going to take longer.

/yea..  the kids and I played Uncharted way too damn much, ok? Will still see if I can get my kids to go see it with me anyway.

I'm more pissed at Wahlberg as Sully. That is just horrible casting on top of that dude rarely being good in any role. Holland at least looks the part (though younger).

If the trailers are to be believed, this is going to be about Strange getting hit with the Stupid Stick a lot.

I mean, dude comes to you with "make everyone forget about me", and he says "okay" without discussing with Peter what that is going to entail? Making Peter ask all the questions during the spell which is intended to affect EVERYTHING, which messes everything up.

Marvel writing has gone bad over the years, but this seems like an insanely stupid thing to do. Which, knowing current Marvel, they mostly do for the funnies. Because a Marvel film needs inane jokes at all the moments.

/It is that I got a subscription to the cinema and can watch these for free (since I got the subscription to watch other movies as well)
//Because they kinda stopped being worth the price of admission after Infinity War
///Excluding Thor, Ant Man, Captain Marvel, Spider Man because they were never worth the price of admission

I never did get why his mom's sister was so goddamn old.  Did his grandmother have them like 40 years apart?

Back then people in their 20s looked like a middle aged Fred McMurray and people in the 50s looked like Peter Cushing's aged corpse

Seriously. I'm 50. I look like people did in their 30s in the 1980s, and I don't get any special treatments or anything. I don't take vitamins or supplements. I don't have any cosmetic surgery aside from dental work. I have all my hair and it's only slightly greying. My skin has nowhere near the amount of wrinkles my parents' skin had when they were my age.

However to answer the original question:  "I never did get why his mom's sister was so goddamn old.  Did his grandmother have them like 40 years apart?"

I am the youngest grandchild on both sides of my family, and both sides were quite large. My mother, born in the mid-1930s, had brothers born in 1915, 1917, and 1919. I consequently had aunts and uncles who were in their 70s when I was a young teenager. So it's not far-fetched at all, and yes, sometimes in the old days people cranked out kids for 20+ years. My grandmother started having kids in 1915 and stopped in the mid 1930s. And she had one every year or two because grandpa believed fornication without an attempt at procreation was a sin, and because they had a farm and you always need more farmhands. My mom's family is huge.

Or maybe Dr. Strange has "seen it all" (ie: looked into the future multiple times like he did in Infinity War) and knew this would help Peter learn something (along with the "Strange has to cast the spell and have it get messed up because x or y will happen if you don't).

How often would any of us bet on Leto?  I'm just afraid Morbius will show up again in Moon Knight.

This should be one and done and we don't see Leto for another couple years...

\go back to stinkin' up DC property

Surely there is a better way than "massive chaos and hundreds of deaths" to teach him something.

They'd better show some justification if that is the case.
