Actually scientists are stupid. However they fully admit to it and constantly work to fix their stupid through experiments and research

ieerto: Humans are ignorant. Science aims to correctly mend that deficiency. The truly stupid are suspicious of science and will rather remain ignorant.

"Science" is simply trial and error. We live in the boundary between "Cool" and "Oops".
