There is a reason those local "speedy delivery" companies still exist, and the successful ones all look like they employed people who eat riddlin and meth pep pills truck drivers take.

They are worth it, and even though the delivery prices are "You want how much?!", you have a better chance of taking them to small claims court if they screw up and winning, v.s. the conglomocorp who literally can't give 2 shiats about your problem.

Yet he claims to be working 18 hour days. He should try hiring someone.

All I can say is every delivery I've requested with Amazon has pretty much shown up on time as expected, with FedEx the last four have sent a delivery notice and not shown up on the porch until 2 or 3 days later, if at all

You don't have to feel sorry for him. But if a business offers a service and charges you extra for it, then they should provide that service.

I've got five stars on Amazon, and the only complaints tend to be about slow shipping. All my shiat is in an Amazon warehouse, don't ding my 5 star rating because Amazon can't find my inventory.

FedEx specifically says it's not guaranteed right now. What more do you want from them? This guy did not read the terms of what he was buying, and he even admitted that.

Then suspend the option or charge him for the level of service he received. Offering a service with a "money back guarantee" and then placing a notice at the bottom of the page saying all guarantees are suspended because it's too hard to do right now, while still allowing people to pay for it is horseshiat.

I mean mostly f*ck snooty wine peddlers like this, but more than that, f*ck FedEx. I don't care who you are--if you pay a premium for next-day delivery, delivery should happen the next day. That's literally what you paid for.
