If I'm reading that right, the church found it necessary to explain in their "guideline book" that incest is bad.  That seems crazy...yet some dude complained about that particular guideline.  FFS.  And the mother caught him months ago and didn't turn him in.  What the everlasting fark is wrong with pretty much everyone involved?

I dunno about Flurda law, but in CA the pastor is in a "must report" role.  He is legally obligated to tell the authorities.

Pastors are legally obliged to not diddle kids, but they still do.

The victim's mother said she caught Cota in bed with the victim in September and confronted him about it but he would "shut down and not answer any questions."

She may have been financially dependent on him and needed time to relocate.  It did say the victim and mother were located at a different address.

There are plenty of broken people in the world that will tolerate anything to be in, or stay in, a relationship.  And there are many women that will use cheap, unlicensed baby sitting services, never realizing a perv lives at the same address.

So the Church says "Incest is bad." When they find out a guy is abusing a child they turn him in. And somehow it's religion's fault. That is probably the stupidest thing I have heard this week including the fundgrifting letter TFG sent me.

The word "religion" is sometimes meant to refer to an individual's religiousness.

If the church doesn't follow what's in the Bible, are they valid guidelines?

Genesis Chapter 19:

30 Now Lot went up out of Zoar and settled in the hills with his two daughters, for he was afraid to stay in Zoar; so he lived in a cave with his two daughters.
31 And the firstborn said to the younger, "Our father is old, and there is not a man on earth to come in to us after the manner of all the world.
32 Come, let us make our father drink wine, and we will lie with him, so that we may preserve offspring through our father."
33 So they made their father drink wine that night; and the firstborn went in, and lay with her father; he did not know when she lay down or when she rose.
34 On the next day, the firstborn said to the younger, "Look, I lay last night with my father; let us make him drink wine tonight also; then you go in and lie with him, so that we may preserve offspring through our father."
35 So they made their father drink wine that night also; and the younger rose, and lay with him; and he did not know when she lay down or when she rose.
36 Thus both the daughters of Lot became pregnant by their father.

What in the virtue-signaling f*ck does this comment mean?  How many conversations do you have about black people committing crimes?  Do you split time between here and 4chan? You really think one story about a white man repeatedly raping a minor will convince these supposed people otherwise?
I'm just genuinely curious about your comment, and the people you spend time with.

Well, it's a taboo that doesn't require any special sets, costumes, or even any particular body types, genders, or ethnic groups. All you have to do is write "and they are step siblings" on the description of the video and suddenly it's super filthy. Also, you dont have even have a flimsy plot to explain why the people are farking, just, one person walks in on another and away you go.

Occasionally the new guy is the ruler.  So off with the heads of all the church authorities who even brought up incest being bad.   "You awake sis?" remained royal foreplay for a while.

They aren't portrayed as the heroes in that story. Lot and his family are the cautionary contrast to Abraham.

Doing what Lot et al do is pretty much always a bad idea.

/Also, there's the whole "let's rape dad" thing, which, when Ham did it, cursed his entire line.

There's rampant sexual abuse in fundamentalist Christian sects against young girls that gets covered up.
