It's cute.  It's also 'broken'.  That dog needs a very patient person who will rehabilitate it, so anyone who isn't up for that is going to take a pass.  These animals do find new homes - my neighborhood is full of people proud of their rehabilitated rescue dogs. But when I had a dog it was chosen for a temperament suitable to being around my children, and this dog would not have been suitable for our home nor our home for it.

Came here to say this. We're looking for a family dog that's good with kids and strangers. This dog wouldn't be appropriate for a lot of potential homes.
