The Blue River dredge is equipped so that it can be operated as easily in the winter as in the summer, and the boat is heated with a fine steam plant.

One of our local churches had Halloween decorations, and a Trick or Treat stall outside, to give sweets to the local kiddies.
Not all churches are Fundie pillocks.

I'm not sure what we were supposed to take away from this article. That life was simpler 100 years ago? And if so...so what? Or maybe to was written so we don't make the same mistakes as the past, like traveling to Denver for any reason.
