Already upgraded to super heavy duty mayonnaise, and just feel you're out of other options?

Give that mayonnaise some extra kick by frying it up in some more mayonnaise!

I can't think of a reason why Mayo, which is eggs and oil, would be a bad fit for a fried egg, which is eggs and a fat.

I don't even keep Mayo in the fridge though.

I knew this was C-to-the-L before I even clicked, and the content was what I expected. Hey, at least she is consistent. *shrug*
But at this point I think that all that exists in her fridge is mayo (not different types, just many jars of generic stuff, most of them opened), eggs (random, some just rolling around) and butter. Lots and lots of butter, some of the sticks with lick marks...

Breaded and frozen mayo balls garnished with lacy fried egg edges. That C-to-the-L right there...

Hey, I even got a link greened a couple months ago about deep frying mayonnaise.

You don't need to pull out the sledgehammer for every thumbtack you encounter.

First time trying kimchi brine, so fingers crossed.
