The article says nothing about the lunch. I once had an office job near a 'subway'  and got in the habit of having a veggie sub for lunch. The carbs would have me putting my head on the desk. What would be best to serve for a 'coma lunch'?

Gough: I don't think you need the bus.  A traditional farmhouse dinner ( midday meal) of fried chicken, biscuits, gravy, ham, and two kinds of potatoes followed by a two-hour PowerPoint presentation in a warm room with comfortable chairs would be more than sufficient.

Can I interest you in touring a time-share?

Kentucky Hot Brown with a glass of bourbon.
Luther burger, side of tots, pint of beer.
Chicken-fried steak sandwich with bacon and extra gravy, homefries, and sweet tea.
Any sufficiently sized six-cheese pizza.
A bucket of fried chicken, side of mashed taters, and biscuits. Potato wedges may be substituted depending on location (in lieu of the biscuits or mashed taters, because your food coma is a personal choice, double up on the potatoes you wild starch-consuming beast)

Too much walking around.  My counter offer, how about joining Amway?

CSB:  My worst experience ever was in grad school.  A 400-level Mycology ( fungi ) course, spring semester, after lunch for 2-3 hours.  There were only a few of us (4-6), so we met in the prof's office.  He would close the shades and show slides ... and he spoke in a monotone.  It was a struggle two days a week.  Forty-eight years later, I still use that experience if I'm having trouble falling asleep, "In this slide, we can see the typical life cycle of an Ascomycete... ."  ZZZZZZZZ
