This is the weirdest looking weather map I've ever seen.  Looks like somebody is playing marbles on a map of the US.

Duh subby. Colorado is better than California

Even if it was Foxx that was one of the best weather forecast I've seen. The guy was very knowledgeable and the graphics made a lot of sense including the wind direction nap. I'm impressed.

Weather is huge in Denver local TV market.  Very competitive in terms of bragging rights.  I think every network has specialized storm chaser vehicle now.

And they're all making it up most of the time.

Well if it's bringing mudslides I'll take em. They're just like milkshakes to me, I add extra rum or vodak.

Colorado is one of those square states, right?  Yeah, I think it's one of the ones I fly over when I'm going someplace more important.

There's probably a word for that.

No, but in the last two days, Oroville's picked up enough water for 300,000 homes for a year. Or 80 square miles of almonds.

Colorado is where Californians move when they want to create new traffic.

I wished more people thought that, I really do. Million dollar 2-br, earthquakes, fires, floods and poop on sidewalks.  You do NOT want to move there. It doesn't matter how much that tech company is offering you, it's absolutely miserable here there

Anyone else remember when Cashew Chicken contained more cashews than chicken?

Are there going to be any Amish mudslides?  Asking for a friend.

I'll take snow to get the ski areas open, even if it did come from California.

Troy Aikman's Giant Thumbs: Colorado is where Californians move when they want to create new traffic.

Maybe that's happening in the Denver/Boulder area, but in mountain towns and Western Colorado it's the garbage Texans invading.

Also, on a serious note, Mexico could use some of that flood water to fill up Laguna Salada.  This is what it used to look like when I grew up:

Point taken. Texans ruin the southern and western parts of state, Californians ruin everything north of Castle Rock. Although I have been seeing a lot more Texas plates on the Front Range lately.

There are residents in Castle Rock? I've always just assumed it was an outlet mall.

This guy gets it. CA's awful. Anyone thinking of moving -- or even just a visit -- do yourself a favor, don't. You'd be much better off going to Colorado instead. Better weather, nicer people, clear spring water, yup CO's the place to be.

Yep, did their damnedest to ruin our yearly Sand Dunes trip this year. Went to visit a small town nearby, and Texas plates outnumbered Colorado plates two or three to one. Had to listen to them talk to each other and everything, just awful.

No. If you're from elsewhere, especially CA, then CO, like MI or many other states, are absolute hellholes you should never move to, ever.  Just stay where you are. You're bgetter off.

No one, which means we'd have peace, quiet, and could actually get where we're going in a reasonable amount of time!

If this thing puts more water in the Colorado River, that's not a bad thing.

If Colorado doesn't want it, Southern California will take it.

We're going to dig a ginormous cistern below the rocky mountains and keep all the water just so you can't have it. :P

We already transport quite a bit from Western Slope to East, we'll just do more. The South Platte is going to flow so bigly.
