Looks shiatty imo, and it's very small for an amusement part.

Cedar Point is 1,375,932 square meters.

This place is    0,150,000 square meters.

So maybe one small coaster, some ziplines, a few goofy pool setups, and some sunbathing?

For what I can only imagine is multiple times the ticket price. Maybe if they massively limit the occupancy it could be fun.

That sounds awful.

Windy, rusty, limited size park and unnecessarily dangerous.

But I guess when they have that much money people keep pitching crap to them in the hope that they'll just say yes.
