This sounds like it could be a plot to an episode, to be honest.  Episode starts with them saving a family that lives in rugged terrain from a drug cartel that operates in a volcano, but the dogs are left behind because Murdock's (invisible) dog doesn't like the dialect of the dogs in Val Verde(or whatever fake country they're in for this episode).  They figure they can get some locals to sneak the dogs out, but then the volcano starts to erupt.  They feel bad about it and go save the dogs with a helicopter extraction while dodging cartel gunfire(and perhaps some inexplicable WW2 era anti-aircraft guns), and then toss the sign out of the helicopter to mock the cartel as they fly out of range

I just want to say if there's a gofundme to buy these dogs steak, I'll contribute.  When I saw them on the news the other day they were obviously starving and probably dehydrated despite the airlifts of food and water.

I'll buy dinner for the "A Team" as well.

I'm glad you have such confidence in them. Maybe I've had too much experience with the armpits of the Internet, but I'll remain a bit paranoid until and unless we actually see the dogs.

Ok, I get it, if your local volcano blows like St Helens and you have to literally run for your life, but if your local blowhole starts spewing hot shiat and you have time to take a video or grab your favorite bottle of wine, feel free to take fido or kitteh with ya, idiota!
We're surrounded by half a dozen volcanoes, some "dormant", some "potentially active", and I would never forgive myself if one of those farkers broke out and I had a 1000th of a chance to get my fluffies, but decide to play it safe and watch 'em burn.
