This is not a necessity. Please property tax it at 200% for the first 20 years.

You can't put a helipad on a sail-assisted yacht so, you see, a shadow vessel was a necessity.

That, and you can't land a chopper on a rounded penis yacht.

Rough estimate is that $600 Billion of tax revenue is being left on the table because the IRS has no view into bank transactions and how people are under-reporting their income.

A large sea-faring vessel owned by an obscenely wealthy wanker is by definition a "yacht."  It's who owns it that makes it a yacht.

Meanwhile, American Amazon workers are having to piss in bottles when they aren't keeling over from exhaustion, and they're lucky compared to the workers overseas who are making the stolen "Amazon Basics" shiat, just for starters.

But hey, taxing and regulating billionaires and their corporations, and/or workers organizing, would be socialism.

If you took out a loan to buy this boat.

And the bank was very very generous, and decided to give you this loan completely interest free.

And the bank also said it would totally be cool if you wanted to extend this loan out to 55 farking years to pay it off.

They would still be sending you bills for over $1,000

...PER HOUR!

make me some tea: Rough estimate is that $600 Billion of tax revenue is being left on the table because the IRS has no view into bank transactions and how people are under-reporting their income.

Good.

If you think it's a good idea that any account with a transaction greater than $600 should be required to send detailed information to the government, then I think it's a good idea to curb-stomp your stupid ass.

That basically sets up the power of the IRS as unlimited in who it can surveil.  I don't know anyone who doesn't make at least some transactions over $600.

The important part of this transaction is where does the money go? Some of it goes to materials. Of the money that goes to materials, some of that money goes to those who procured the materials and shaped them into something that can be used to build the ship.

Some of the money goes to truckers, dock hands, and other people in the supply chain.

Some of the money goes to construction workers.

Great, what percent goes to middle managers? CEOs? Taxes?

Well, everyone involved in building, Manning, and equipping this beast is paying income taxes on what they earn to do so.  Plus there is property tax on where they live, sales taxes on what they buy.

Then you've got sales and fuel taxes on the food, fuel, and the literally tons of shiat you need to equip a yacht like this, and of course you've got the property taxes of the marina where it will spend most of its time, which comes out of the slip fees paid to keep the boat there.

I couldn't guess how much goes into the pockets of CEO's but remember that companies that build mega yachts aren't actually mega corporations.  So I'm guessing not as much as you might think.

Nah. Every time we add money to the IRS budget and staff it more we are told it will get more revenue and the revenue doesn't ever show up.

My buddy went to Miami last month. He met a guy who invited him to a yacht party. My buddy said it was YUGE and opulent like 100 ft long and marble stairs and a bunch of girls and free drugs, but all the guy's friends kept making fun of him. Why?

He had the smallest yacht of the crew. There are a couple of morals to this story:

1. Among the rich, your yacht HAS to be the biggest. That explains WHY Bezo's yacht is so big. It's like wooden decks for rednecks. It's your water penis.
2. The average man can't compete with the rich guys for girls attention. You just can't. You think you know, but you don't know. Rich people are riiiiiich and your broke ass better be a real charming mofo. Start working on yourself.
3. There are entire parasitic industries set up to cater to these rich people. They might have one or two clients, but those clients pay extremely well for their services. Find the ones in your local town.
4. This dynamic has existed for 1000s of years all over the world. It's not going away.

The rich are really really rich, and Bezo is so rich he has a space penis and a water penis. Think about that.

Uh, no

has the potential to cross the Atlantic while only burning 20 liters of fuel due to its highly alternative power sources.

The ad copy says that it should be able to cross the pond using that much fuel but I'd bet good money that her fuel capacity is a LOT more than 20L.

Shiat happens, ya know?

That makes more sense. One blurb I saw said it only carried 20L. Still, that's mighty efficient.

Attacking the person stating fact doesn't help your argument at all, quite the opposite.

Another fact is that the more people cheat on their taxes, the more the rest of us have to pay.
