He's Catholic. The pope said to get vaccinated. From God's mouth to the Pope's ears.

Dumbass

The best part is, there probably is some tiny little procedural detail they farked up, but this Q-pendous fool will focus on the religious part and that exact fact will get him thrown out of court. Hell, just suing after termination probably already blackballed him from more or less any D1 program.

Any pic of this moron would fit seamlessly into the background of the Jan 6th insurrection attempt. What a stupid looking goon.

My heart gets warmed by these stories. Right wing morons that pine for right to work States sue when the consequences of their actions bite them in the ass.

Do you prefer shrimp or lobster?
What fabric are you wearing in this picture of you on the sidelines?
What is the Pope's role in Catholicism?

His only good win in two seasons, is over an Oregon State team that has taken advantage of a soft schedule and strung together more wins than they typically see in a season.

He was likely going to get canned at the end of this season or, at best, early next season.  I mean, imagine being more combative and a bigger headache than Mike Leach, with less results.

I forgot to add, he was going to be fired for performance and collect his buyout, then eventually find another job somewhere and work his way back up the ladder.  Now he's fighting a losing war for his buyout money AND burning whatever bridges he might have to future programs.  At this point, his only option will be Liberty when Hugh Freeze leaves.

Our plague rats (we're mandated) don't get fired.

They are placed in a position where they are non-person-facing and paid for non-person duties only.

So, that's basically training... which cuts their hours from 40/wk to about 2.

But they can't sue for termination that way, they're being accommodated.

Sadly some stupid school will still throw money at this asshat because coaching is one of the few jobs you can continually fail upwards. He should be shut out of anything more than pushing a broom, which I know is insulting all the good sweepers out there.

As long as there is a place willing to hire him, vaccination status be darned, this whole thing will count as both "a win" and stigginit or however you spell that out.

CSB Time:

A member of our congregation just resigned from her full-time federal government job rather than getting vaccinated. This Sunday she's being given a platform to complain about it give a speech about "the struggles of being a Christian working for the government" (a.k.a. "be a victim before a friendly crowd").

Our Pastor knows me so well that's he already had a meeting with me to tell me to not say a thing during her speech "because she's young and has never given a speech in public" *eye roll*

All of this is a win-of-sorts for her because she found a job as the part-time secretary of her previous congregation.

It is about his religion-- just a religion that he's still too embarassed of to admit

Or hell, if NewsMax or OAN want to open up a sports division, there will be plenty of room for people like him, Gruden, Ditka, Kyrie, and any other sex pest/anti-vaxxer/political pain in the ass that no one else will touch.

D1 programs are colleges.  they already blackballed him for not licking the fauci boot

They want to void his contract and not pay him. That is a lot of money on the line, so I don't blame him for suing.

Maybe with that much money on the line, Rolo should have followed state mandates and gotten vaccinated.  This was a blanket policy for all Washington state public employees.

The fact that you post this and then have this in your bio is farking hilarious: "I am bothered by intellectually dishonest debate."

Why would you willingly subject yourself to a group that has openly stated contempt for you?

Those with contempt are a small group, numerically speaking ... plus, in this case, I expect a series of own goals by the end of the speech.

The speaker is putting herself in a position to justify her refusal to get vaccinated in front of multiple COVID-19 survivors and without being able to say "because the Bible tells me so" (and not lying about it) because our denomination has no position at all on vaccines.

Some people will agree with her because "boo-his-evil-government" but most people will see it for what it is: she FAFO'ed herself out of a job.
