Bruce Allen, son of George Allen, who left money for charity when he died but required that none of the money be used for mixing of the races.

I refuse to believe in the existence of explicit images of cheerleaders unless someone posts them here.

More likely the NFL is afraid of things going public and trying to shut down any more fallout from Dan Snyder.  That they have to let his team keep playing is bad enough, but they certainly don't need any more publicity.

I think only the Moonie times could say that with a straight face.  It must have taken subby quite awhile to find that link (although the Moonie times is a favorite of fark modmins).

Because the NFL has more money than some continents.

It's almost like the NFL is asking for a group like Anonymous to hack in and release the emails instead.

This is not defending Gruden or saying he shouldn't have lost his job, but it seems like this is personal and targeted specifically at him.

So these guys truly believe none of that is going to get out in public?

Thing is, George Preston Marshall was a proud racist, and he named the team. They were the last team to have a black player. Racism in that organization goes back to the beginning.

Part of the reason besides Marshall being a racist was the Redskins fanbase/radio network went all the way down the southeast as they were the only pro football team until the falcons in 65 (iirc the falcons stadium was modeled after rfk stadium) and Marshall was afraid he would lose money/fans in the south if he integrated the team or so the story goes
