The 40% proof drink,

That's not the preferred nomenclature, is it? I thought it was %alcohol or a flat number - proof. If it's 40% alcohol then it's 80-proof.

It's silly and frivolous and not making any dent in our problem.
On the other side, it's VODAK!
This would be the third slashie if I was doing slashies. It's probably a survival imperative that we adopt a stance of carbon negative rather than carbon neutral. For that I applaude them. Not enough people are saying so.

When I need to buy vodak again (which is usually just to stock the hotel room for Gay Days) if I see this brand, I will consider getting a bottle.

Otherwise it will be Stolichnaya as per the usual.

That's overpriced crap, man. Skoal, straight out of the plastic pint bottle, you can take it on a plane.
