Don't forget to also order the Apple Cleaning Solution, which also gives your devices that new Apple device smell.

The cloth also comes in handy for the daily iHater Circle Jerk, apparently.

A cleaning cloth is the sort of thing people chuck in your bag for free at checkout. Apple truly understands its customers though and knows they'll get infinitely more satisfaction out of it if they have to pay $20.

I can justify the cost of an iphone as in-line with similar products.  Justify the cost of this cleaning cloth.

I'm sure they all can't wait to be touching cloth.

That would be a great cloth for my 'special alone time'!

That won't do for the fanboys who want to pay the phenomenal markup for the privilege of buying products from Apple.

part of me really hates apple for stupid things like the inability to sign out of an icloud account on a mac without the password. 3 days on the phone with apple business support and the best they can do is if we can provide the original receipt and an animal sacrifice they might be able to help.

the other part of me has to admit they really nailed the shiat out of the phone thing

Don't forget to buy the $1000 monitor stand when you buy the $20 cleaning cloth for your monitor.

While it might appear that they aren't charging enough ("initial supplies have sold out") the lower price will ultimately generate more sales.

/alternative justification: my Apple shares are up more than a thousand percent

Well CRAP: I bought the "Polishing Cloth Pro Max" back in January for $129.

Wish I'd known they were planning to come out with a Mini: I would've put up with the smudges, finger prints and phlegm for 9 months and saved some money.

From a security standpoint, I can appreciate not being able to log out of iCloud without a password on an Apple device. That's what keeps people from deactivating a stolen device, and being able to resell the thing.

"Yes, Apple can sell out a polished turd."

Sounds more like a turd polisher.

I don't think they're absorbant enough.

---

I paid 5USD for a screen protector for my Lenovo tablet (P11, I can recommend it. 2000*1200 IPS screen, fantastic, really, fantastic sound. IPS is not as good as AMOLED obviously, whatever. Its cheap as fark. But the sound is awesome.)

Anyway, my 5USD protector came with a similar cloth, so you could wipe your screen before applying it, as to not have dust trapped under the protector. I bet that cloth is just as good as Apples.

Isn't Samsung kinda the only other company that charges similar?

Apple seems twice as expensive as superiour products from other companies, such as, Huawei for instance.
