Why would a throwing knife be a threat on a plane?  They fly much faster than you could ever throw a knife. If you tried throwing a knife at someone ahead of you, it would just fly right back and stab you.

But of course if you throw from the front, that thing would be farking moving and would do some serious damage, so I guess I see why you can't bring them.
