A charge of felony menacing was filed against Thompson, 54, on Saturday in Summit County, court records show. But the case is suppressed, making its documents inaccessible by the public.
Records show Thompson was issued a summons.
A person commits felony menacing when they cause someone to fear serious injury by threatening them with a deadly weapon or something that looks like one - or tell the person they have a weapon.

Hasn't seen the light of day since the '60's. I think the judge is in trouble.

They sure half assed the reporting. Talk with the neighbors, sniff out if he's got a beef. There's a stereotype about judges being used to getting their way that may be true, perhaps to the extent of waving a hammer at someone in an argument.

Oh dear. "FELONY CHARGES" is in all caps.

This must be serious

Harry Wagstaff: He should run for AG

Probably the incumbent AG would have committed more felonies.

So why can't every Jan 6th person be charged with that?

Can we secede Summit county to Nevada?

Good ol' Scummit County. Where even our judges are felons.

Three guesses:

1. He saw a black guy and got scared (as old white people do, apparently)
2. Some uppity store/restaurant employee asked him to put on a farking mask to come into the building and he, once again, got scared because masks are slavery or whatever stupid shiat stupid people say to each other
3. He's about to be featured in numerous stories about his soon-to-be-ex-wife
