I thought the Trumpanzees were boycotting Nord Streams for dropping Ivanka's clothing line.

We should ban them.

Denmark was holding Nordstream 2 up for a long time, since parts of it was to go through the Danish waters East of Sweden.

Russia finally solved it by just building around it in a curve, so, uh yeah.

Now they're obviously putting some preasure on to get the paperwork done in Germany, by having artificial high prices.

Sucks for Ukraine, who earns money for transport through their line, and also stole gas when they needed it. Doubt Russia cares though.

Good to know the energy security of Europe is still dependent on Russia. I know there are "plans" to get to a renewable economy there but so far I think Norway is the only one close (they're a dealer but know better than to use their own drugs).

Either way it's gonna hurt, but building up renewables is going to hurt less in the long run than keeping up this fossil fuel thing. Maybe just bite the bullet and tell people the transition is not going to be seamless and invisible, and will require hard work.

Every new gas project is one step closer to disaster. We know this already.
