If you put the electric engine on the front wheel, you could really make it silent AND do some cool shiat with the body.

Soon? They're only like $500 in game, and if you make enough you can rush the enemy and have air coverage unlike the buggy.

I wouldn't enjoy crashing through heavy bush at even 25 mph.  Also neither of those troopers had knee, elbow, spine, or other padding/armor.

What's the top speed with a full light fighter combat load?

...And I suspect that if the US tried to do the same thing, we'd end up with a beast the size of a couple of Honda Valkyries strapped together and an effective range of ten miles.
