Yes and I'm sure it would have stopped at only 105 if not shut down.
Surely.
Yes.

Circusdog320: Idaho is coughing antivaxxers

Because my employer may be making it possible to remotely work from other states, i started looking around for someplace with a lower cost of living and reasonable housing costs.  I briefly considered Idaho.  Then I looked at the kind of people who live in Idaho and changed my mind.

Western Michigan University students won a lawsuit, so they get to stay on their sports teams and participate while refusing vaccinations.

That won't be the lawsuit to get moving through courts against employers.

It'll be interesting to see how it all plays out. Are enough judges conservatives such that we'll throw away old precedents of de minimus burdens on Employers and fellow employees wrt religious exemptions?

I hope not.

So what happens when players on an opposing team don't want close contact with plague rats?

I was laughing at some truck driver who was forced to get a shot or lose his job.  He was insisting that he had natural immunity because he'd had covid. (I doubt he was tested, but I didn't ask.)  But his boss was making him get  a shot!  He was so offended.

I told him he just liked being contrary.  He's one of those people who just likes to fark with everybody. And he's smart, so he thinks he's smarter than everyone else, but he has all these holes in his logic, like people do when they're talking out of their  ass.
Anyway, he had to get a shot, and he was mad, and kept carrying on about natural immunity, and people being forced to do things against their will.

the worst part is that he's Canadian and he wants to infect us down here with Canadian Covid stupid, and if it mixes with ours, everybody in North America is doomed.

Forfeit. Lose. Unless the player is banned, they get to play.

Those are the really motivated ones. Seriously. There is something wrong with basically anyone in law enforcement (we knew this). TSA is sitting at 40 percent unvaxxed last I read. Cops, firefighters, military, ems, healthcare... All bottom of the barrel on vaxx stats.

My employer just dropped the mandatory vax email this week.

We have until the end of the year to show proof or GTFO.
