It probably is time Marvel took another stab at a Damage Control TV series.  It looks like they ordered a pilot for live action.  I'm thinking animated and on Disney +.

I really liked Powerless, which was more or less DC's take on Damage Control, and wish it had lasted.

I wanted to like it more than I did. I thought it was mildly amusing, but in the end kinda weak. Had a few good moments. It could have possibly hit its stride in a second season.

Not hard to convince me to try a TV show with Vanessa Hudgens, Danny Pudi, Alan Tudyk, and Ron Funches though.

I've always enjoyed reading short stories about all of the logistics and background bureaucracy that has to go on with superhero and science fiction events. John scalzi appears to really have a knack for these kinds of stories.

I like it! I don't know about a movie, but I'd watch an episode run that included a plotline of the metahuman tailor, Leo Zelinsky . I kind of like the consequences and background stuff. Edna Mode was a cool character in the Incredibles. Q has always been some of the more interesting James Bond content, especially in the best Bond era of Roger Moore (suck it, haters)

And don't forget Adam West's guest appearance.  The last show he ever did.

Only as long as they remain blameless in Abaddon.

Fun fact: Edna Mode was based on award-winning Hollywood costume designer Edith Head.

I actually don't get this.  kaiju are fun silly fantasy.  This seems like it would include corpse disposal.  It would be as magical and unworrisome as how the city somehow has brand new buildings by the time the next monster comes along.  It just happens.

That show should never have been on a regular network.  That was screaming for a place on a streaming service that had appeal to niche market shows.   I say this as someone that absolutely loved it.  I remember in the first episode thinking it was far too nerdy to last.
