Not sure what you mean by "bypassed" submitter, but this seems to indicate otherwise. If you were local and following this story you'd probably already know this though.

"Vero generally only provides access to "high-bandwidth users" and does not provide residential service, Jones said that the company would like to partner with a service provider that could bring access to the local business and residents."

Yes, I am local, and therefore not counting on it. And so the snarky headline

My point is that it will bring revenue into the county. It already is.
