It is very odd that such an extensive investigation focused on Entity 1 has only led to public outcry over Entity 2 and Entity 3.

1. Daniel Snyder's toxic work environment
2. Jon Gruden
3. Adam Schefter.

Jon Gruden can f*ck off. He's the exact example of what the NFL has been forever.

Adam Schefter has spent so much time defending his reports saying things like, "This is what I've been told." Now we see that he also says to his sources, "This is what I'm going to write, feel free to change it to what you like."

I feel like #2 and #3 should just be ancillary to everything else, yet they're the main focus.

I could not hair less what Mark Davis has to say about anything.

Snyder is a billionaire.  If we've learned anything from recent history, it's that billionaire assholes who run toxic work environments can get away with anything.  They can go to outer space, become President, or even go to outer space!

Nothings a better indicator of the above than the fact that the NFL dig through those 640k emails to find additional material to specifically assist in bringing Gruden down, yet is keeping the rest under wraps.

I actually kinda hope some hacker manages to get ahold of those emails. That said, it wouldn't shock me if what we learn from them is that the entire NFL ownership (because I'm sure there's emails between Snyder and other owners and the league) and the like are waaaay more racist and misogynistic than they want to admit, and I'm sure there's open discussion of the anti-Kaepernick collusion that they've always sworn never happened.

IIRC WFT didn't have to hand over the emails.  They did so under the promise of confidentiality.

My guess is the leaker is actually Snyder.  Not to take down Gruden but to make Allen look like the problem in his organization.

They threw gruden under the bus to take the heat off the other emails, likely alot more anti-black talk and usual pussy grabber speak. Gruden calling the comish a pussy and Mike Sam a queer was an easy take down for the league.

Does it seem like Davis is angry he had to let Gruden go?

He was paying the guy 10 mil a season for a 3 game above .500 team in 4 seasons. Not exactly the mastermind coach ESPN tried to sell us.

It definitely seems like Davis is not happy with the NFL over this.

I think he knows his coach (and by extension the raiders org) got thrown under the bus by the NFL in an attempt to protect themselves from further discoveries. Sounds like the NFLPU is very interested in what else was said.

The Raiders paid about $1.5M per win with Gruden. No wonder Mark Davis moved to Las Vegas. Just go to a place that can soak tourists for your egregious fiscal mismanagement rather than actually run your business properly.

He shouldn't be. The NFL dumped on his franchise for a cya play instead of lying the hammer down on an owner of another franchise that deserved it.

I'm NOT saying Gruden shouldn't have been let go but the Raider organization has been at the forefront of progressive hiring practices for the NFL. Tom
Flores, Amy Trask, Art She'll, Reggie McKenzie etc. The NFL dropped a shiat bomb on the Raiders and Davis has a right to be pissed off about it.
