Psshtt......in NYC at least twice a year one FALLS out of a jet on approach to Kennedy that we know of, usually landing in some swamp, but on occasion someones roof, pool, and a few years ago, minivan in the driveway.

The next time some TSA monkey is making you strip down to your jock, take comfort in the knowledge that nothing unwanted can get on that plane with you.
2004-10-22 10:31:25 AM
Well, at least I was first with the visual.

Die Karl! Die!
2004-10-22 10:31:50 AM
I'm curious to hear what he died of. Air and heat aren't two things you find at 40,000
2004-10-22 10:32:22 AM
was it chapelle?
2004-10-22 10:32:59 AM
Thank God for airline security.

One more before I cleanse myself of Rove-related thoughts.

Well that plan didn't work out wheel well.
2004-10-22 10:35:32 AM
I think it's sufficient to say that he died of "being crammed in the wheelwell of a Boeing 737".

Seriously, it's on page 7, third one down.
2004-10-22 10:37:42 AM
Maybe the in-flight movie bored him to death.

Was it Dave Chappelle???

/RIP, beyatches
2004-10-22 10:38:59 AM
That was a wheely wheely bad idea on that guys part. ugh.
2004-10-22 10:39:20 AM

Usually the person goes into shock from hypothermia and oxygen depravavtion. Sure its cold, but nothing that bundling up won't get you through for a few hours.

The lack of O2 at typical cruising altitude apparently is not enough to flat out kill you, but you will probably lose conciousness.

What usually ends up killing these folks is gravity. Plane gets ready for approach and Manuel is not concious at all or enough to secure himself good. Doors open and bombs away.

About once a year someone actually pulls this off. The problem is even if you do, you will be caught.
2004-10-22 10:40:26 AM
Its been done before. If I was flying from, say Hati, I'd think I'd choose a flight that's going to land in, say, Florida, not Detroit. It would be like my last flight from Cleveland to Cincinatti...

"We've reached our cruising altitude, and in 30 seconds we'll be beginning our descent."
2004-10-22 10:41:40 AM
Damn, that's a shame. Folks throwin away a perfectly good white boy like that...
2004-10-22 10:41:51 AM
2004-10-22 10:30:45 AM HarrumphHarrumphHarrumph

I was also chanting hopefully regarding that pic "Please be Karl Rove, please be the human turd Karl Rove..."

/Because it isn't bad to wish a horrible fate on horrible people.
2004-10-22 10:44:38 AM
Pinball didn't make it.
No? That's too bad. I liked Pinball.
2004-10-22 10:45:13 AM
So what you're saying is that I should make sure my harness and rigging is secure so that I don't fall out of the plane?
2004-10-22 10:46:34 AM
Mabey it was Ann Coulter, and they just thought it was a dead body.

Why would it be Dave Chapelle??!

Man... do we have to bring politics in here too??
2004-10-22 10:49:03 AM
I wonder what kills your first .... hypothermia or rapid decompression?( imagine opening a soda - see all the bubbles .... same thing.)
2004-10-22 10:50:06 AM
Was it Dave Chappelle???

Bye, Pinball!

Sorry, but the headline was way too reminiscent of that Rove picture to pass up.

When I die, I will acheive total consciousness...so I got that going for me......
2004-10-22 10:58:37 AM
Great. You have to show your tits to get by TSA and board a plane...but someone can just stroll out on the ramp and hide in the wheel-well..........he could have just as easily planted a bomb........our farking airline security is a joke.......I should know. I worked for the cocksuckers
at Northworst for 16 years
2004-10-22 11:02:06 AM
Well that plan didn't work out wheel well.

Well played. That was actually pretty funny.

Lol, good one hexane.
2004-10-22 11:04:52 AM
help! can anyone explain to me how exactly you install yourself inside a wheel well? i am having difficulty imagining how that could be done...don't want to do it, but would like to try and picture how this guy strapped himself in...or even got into the said wheel well...aren't they closed off?

thank you!
2004-10-22 11:08:05 AM
Pinball: I hate to say this, Cyrus, but we are three white dudes short. Or as they say in Ebonics, "We be farked".
2004-10-22 11:08:59 AM
So THAT'S where I left him!

I saw Aaarnold kick some guy and shove his nose in on a plane and then climb down to the planes wheel well and jumped several hundred feet into a swamp..
/Was a movie so I know it's true
2004-10-22 11:16:32 AM
Another interesting note.......go to the baggage/ticket counter at one of these cities that uses contract labor( if you can find out- they wear airline uniforms so you dont know one from the other)..have a copy of the security or winter-ops ( safety-deicing) test that they are required to take every year.
Ask the agent some random questions...They wont be able to answer...Why? THEY GIVE THEM THE TEST OPEN BOOK
