And child psychology 101: The more you try and forbid it, the more he's going to want to do it. (It's related to the Streisand Effect.) Just explain your point of view respectfully, and tell him that the choice is his.

The bad part is that she and her family could spread coronavirus to him, and him to you. It's a scary situation. But outside of locking him up, teenage hormones are teenage hormones.

Perhaps invite a pro-science family with cute teen daughters over for dinner. Then he might develop a crush on one of them.

First of all: you don't know who is rebelling against who here.  You TURN that daughter.  Provide her with all the info she needs to get vaccinated, dismiss complaints about masks as not being an inconvenience, etc.  You can't be overt, you have to be cunning.  Get tickets to events she would like that require a vaccine and don't mention it until afterwards saying "wish you could have gone."  Talk about how hypocritical it is Joe Rogan requires his audience to be vaccinated without pointing out which side you're on.

Now you get out there and you BE the bad influence that the D.A.R.E. program taught you to be and get her to start poppin needles to spite her parents.

I think she'll dump him when see notices all the silverware leaping off the table and clinging to his injection spot. He'll be heart broken, but you can just use the 5g tracking chip to locate him and bring him him home.

This is key to keeping them from dating. Talk to the father about all kinds if liberal stuff, you know, the gay agenda, abortion, spending money responsibility. He will be the bad guy and maybe if the desire is strong enough the girl will flip on the dad and realize that he is full if shiat.

You are SO wrong.  Evangelicals are a different breed.  Catholic girls do normal stuff all the time, Evangelicals freak out and do hardcore shiat rarely.  It's kind of a quality over quantity thing, but it's less "quality" and more "hopefully your kinks match mine" because she will not ask for permission before choking you with a belt.

I predict this will end  badly, his mother and father predict that this will end badly, and the groom just about knows that it's going to end badly--but because of the money, not because of his intended  being a plague rat.   He's a bright young man who can make a lot of money, but even at the ripe old age of 27, he's not sure that's what he wants.  She's sure, though.

There's nothing you can do about it.  His parents know it.  I just feel bad for him.  Our farked-up families just keep passing it down the line.

HE LOVES HER.  His father is just as blunt as I am.  You can go one way, or you can go the other, but if you make a mistake, it might impact you your whole life.   But HE LOVES HER.  He quit drinking and smoking pot for her, and he was quite the pothead and apparently a drinker too--it runs in the family.
He tried to take her out of the D.C. area and to a place where living costs were lower, but she'd have none of it.  Her entire family lives around D.C. and she's too bored when she leaves them.  They have two purebred  dogs that they keep in an apartment, and they whine and bark all day.  She wanted them.

I'm just glad that I'm far away from it, because I'd wring both their necks, and I've never even met her.

Sometimes all you can do is let someone make their own mistakes. Maybe he's happy. Or at least, doing a good job of telling himself he's happy.
