I cheer every anti-vaxer death the way I cheer at WWII movies when they shoot Nazis.

Bad guys who are a threat to the decent people around them need to be stopped and sometimes that means they need to die.  In the case of anti-vaxers it is the only good thing left they can do, to serve as a warning for others by dying of stupidity.

I agree that mocking them is uncalled for. Mocking people is just unfettered cruelty and, ultimately, diminishes the mocker as much as it hurts the mockee. Just celebrate their deaths with open joy instead and leave the personal, cutting insults for people who really deserve it, like Mississippians.

FTA: Vaccinated people should, it seems, regard people who haven't gotten vaccinated as at least potentially normal, and perhaps genuinely worried about having a needle full of liquid injected into their body.

Fark this. It's been months. Their 'genuine worry' is as bullshiate as Susan Collins' 'concern,' and I shall continue to regard the unvaccinated as selfish, stupid, active threats to myself and those in my family too young to be vaccinated. Because this is precisely what they are.

When the cops kill a crazy sniper, everyone cheers.

The crazy sniper is an anti-vaxxer, and the cops are covid. Sure the cops kill a lot of innocent people, but they also tend to kill many of the snipers, who'd be killing way more innocent people if left unchecked.

FTFA: "The philosopher proposed a thought experiment in which a website creator wishes to persuade someone to get vaccinated but readers come to think there's something "a little mean-spirited, cruel, or creepy in posting these photos."
These bad feelings could, Ballantyne said, feed into "distrust and suspicion toward the website itself."

Perhaps, instead of celebrating the deaths of anti-vaxxers, we should instead mourn their lives.

"A needle full of liquid"??  That's far and away the dumbest term I've ever heard for a medical shot.

What about unvaccinated Mississippians? Do I mock them for being unvaccinated, or for being Mississippians?

HELL YEAH

I'm not allowed to shoot them, I must be allowed to laugh at them

So Reddit is coming down on HermanCaineAwards because of the press. Meanwhile they're leaving all the vaccine misinformation subreddits alone.

Most of the people on HermanCaineAwards don't deserve pity. They're racist, homophobic, spitefull assholes who call for "prayer warriors" after infecting others and before they kick the bucket.

They're also prolonging the pandemic everywhere, damaging the economy they worship and increasing the mental stress on everyone else. (Every time I see one of those imbeciles complaining at a school board meeting that their kids are stressed out wearing masks, I want to slap them in the face with a bag of medical waste.)

Not to mention the people dying from non-COVID causes because all the medical facilities are filled with unvaccinated COVIDiots.

fark 'em.

Bonus points: No one has to go through a lifetime of PTSD by shooting at them, they do it themselves.

/and sadly reserve the PTSD for the healthcare workers

This trend of morbid curiosities are just a way to feel validated that you're doing the right thing when others aren't, much like looking at old, hated classmate's lives on facebook in hopes that they're miserable as an adult.  Feeling good about other people's misfortune is just a guilty part of the human condition.

People with an aggressively defiant and proudly ignorant attitude toward anything deserve to be mocked when it all goes wrong.

/like that gun nut craze a few years back where dudes were taking pictures pointing their loaded, safety-off-and-finger-on-the-trigger handguns straight at their junk
//I will always laugh at your newly perforated balls

Maybe if their bullshiat wasn't putting kids under 12 at risk, and causing death because they have filled up hospitals, people would have more sympathy, or ignore it.

Not getting vaxxed is equivalent of driving drunk.  If you aren't vaccinated for COVID your actions are putting yourself, and everyone around you that can't be vaccinated in mortal danger.  In addition because your pathetic ass gets really sick from COVID and takes up a hospital room, you are also putting people who did get vaccinated in danger.  You are literally preventing people from getting emergency care.  Don't be a farking shiat bag, and get vaccinated. If you don't get vaccinated, don't be surprised when people piss on your shiat bag grave.

2021-09-28 9:51:20 AM
The Herman Cain Awards site has also had a couple of AMAs (Ask Me Anything) from front-line doctors, nurses, and funeral home employees. COVID is a bad, hard way to die. I truly fell sorry for anybody this happens to.

With that said, the people in these websites are loud and proud in their refusal to get vaccinated or wear masks. They don't quietly refuse to get vaccinated. They mock those of us who take precautions as a herd of mindless, stupid sheep. Well, now it's their turn to get mocked.

Antivaxxers: "JEBUS SAID IT'S OK TO KILL PEOPLE I DON'T LIKE!!!"
Vacc'd: "Well that seems a bit extre-"
Antivaxxers: "FIRST AND SECOND AMMODENT! READ THE CONSTIPATION SOCIALIST SCUM!"
Vacc'd: "Sir....this is a Krogers..."
Antivaxxers: "fark YOU YOU COMMIE SNOWFLAKE liberal!!!!"
Vacc'd: *slaps dipshiat*
Antivaxxers: "CANCEL CULTURE!!!"

Yea... how about no. Does no work? Because expecting the rest of us who are sane and actually have things like ethics and morals to be CONSTANTLY verbally and physically abused be these mouth breathers and THEN ask us to stop being so mean by laughing as they literally choke to death on their own hubris? GTFO go take your tambourine and kumbaya circles and catch the first Eatadick train to farkoffville.

"New" blood sport? The fark?

Mocking and shaming people has been the currency of the internet since 2005. Twitter's entire engagement model literally runs on it. Granted, usually it's not about people who are dead, but there's never really been any restraint against a target for any other reason either.

As always, more than one thing can be true at the same time. Dead spreadnecks don't deserve your sympathy. Collective celebration of dead people you've never met is gross. Intentionally making money made from clicks for the intersection of the two is evil.

2021-09-28 9:53:11 AM
Well it IS kind of hypocritical to say "Rest In Peace" and then harangue somebody for their choice.  They're a lot less likely to listen to you.

Reasoning with them didn't work, so other options should be explored.

2021-09-28 9:55:15 AM
These people are enemies of America.  But for them, things would've been back to normal months ago.  But through their actions, their ignorance, stubbornness, and stupidity, they are wrecking the economy with damage that may take decades to fix, doing damage to the healthcare industry that we may never recover from, and probably causing a mental health crisis and harming the development of children in ways to be seen but will follow them for the rest of their lives.

So no, I won't have sympathy for them, any more than I have for foreign enemy soldiers attacking my country.  They have no rights as far as I'm concerned. Round them up and force their compliance just as you would capture POWs. And in the meantime, if they die, they die.

Yes.

I'm all in favor of taking the high road whenever possible. There are some situations, though, where taking the high road is pointless. That and ten dollars will get you a cup of coffee at Waffle House because they'll figure they can get away with overcharging you.

Rabid anti-vaxxers are sociopaths. They lack empathy and compassion.

While I do have those, I cannot fathom a reason for having any compassion or empathy for sociopaths who are working to undermine society, and present a mortal threat to everyone around them.

I will cheer each and every death of a rabid anti-vaxxer. Fark them.
