Never assume an orca is pregnant. If it comes up in coversation, fine. Otherwise just don't say anything.

I wonder whether it's possible to artificially inseminate cetaceans.

I mean cows are all, "chew chew chew something feels weird ah well chew chew chew whoops I'm pregger". And a similar story to fetching the semen in the first place.

But I imagine whales are smarter than that and likely less tolerant, on top of the logistics of jacking off a 50 tonne seaborn mammal.
