Shepherd's pie, but only if it's really good shepherd's pie.  Otherwise, pork enchiladas.

Pork enchiladas

/ Was a coin flip between those and a Thai curry

Bolognese

Keep it simple...you'll be happier in the end....especially if you're agonizing over it

Assign each a number 1-4.  Roll d4 17 times.  Pick a winner based on whatever kind of incidence you like.

Why can you only make one? They contain entirely different ingredients. What's the limiting factor here?

Easy, you make a curried pork pie with bolognaise sauce.  It'll probably get you a knighted.

Shepherd's Pie, but only if it's actually Shepherd's Pie.  If you're using beef instead, it's Cottage Pie.

Don't make Bolognese sauce unless you're making real Bolognese sauce. If you're making the thing that gets passed off as Bolognese in the US (and, frankly, most of Europe outside Italy), you might as well fry some ground beef and pour a jar of supermarket marinara sauce over it. And serve it over spaghetti for maximum inauthenticity.

Authentic Bolognese sauce is a meat ragu that has a little tomato in it, but it is absolutely not dominated by tomato.

Flip a coin twice. They're all good, and you will be happy with any of them.

Carne avovada (pork) enchiladas are fire if you make them christmas style

Thai curry ftw.

I would love to try some other dwelling pies....

/maybe condo pie
//dorm room pie
///if I'm feeling adventurous, trailer pie....but don't eat that in a tornado...it would be devastating
