When I saw the headline I thought it was referring to Talib on the network broadcast.  Ugh, he was awful (they can't "reciprocate" game speed in practice?).

As a Packers Fan (despite s/n) the Paul Allen call yesterday soothed my soul. I haven't heard him sound that defeated in awhile.

Same. Viking fan tooling around in his car, big loud call on the radio ... and it's wrong. I think I would be twice as pissed off as I would just by the outcome of the game.

phimuskapsi: Can't really fault the radio guys for expecting a kicker to make a 37-yard FG.

Imaging the confused reaction of the listeners made me laugh a bit.

Radio sports is such a huge mess of screaming announcers and roaring fans, I can't follow it anyway.
