FTFA:

If you're a diehard Cowboys fan living in New York, for example, it's a necessity you're a douche bag.

They need to untie it from DirecTV. Just offer it as a standalone. There's no reason anymore to be on only one system, and they would see a dramatic increase in subscribers.

Sounds like that's going to happen. But...they may bury it in Apple Tv

NFL would be wise to offer single team deals at $100 or $150. Goodell, do you know how embarrassing it is that Bettman is smarter than you on this one????

No, they will sell the rights to a streaming service because they are run by old people who do not understand how apps work. They see streaming services as a form of cable tv.

I'm still unclear as to whether Apple getting it is a good thing or a bad thing...

Momentarily excited that they were going to broadcast High School Study Hall Table Football.

Imagine my disappointment.

The NFL doesn't have much of a future.  Seriously, outside the Super Bowl, the average viewer for any given game has got to be in their 50's by now.

Due to the brain injury issues, fewer parents are even letting their kids play the sport and it's such a complicated game that if you never play it you're never really going to understand it.

The obsession over TV revenue has been the thing that's really ruining the NFL.

It's why they wanted 17 games, even though 16 games are already both physically and mentally taxing.

It's why they wanted 14 playoff teams, even though expanding the playoffs makes it easier for mediocre or sub-mediocre teams to sneak in.

It's why they moved two teams in LA without seeing if even one team was going to be sustainable.

None of it is about improving the game. Instead, they're hellbent on selling shiat that nobody needs nor wants.

I just want to see my team play on Sunday without having to pay for seven proxy streaming services. Who do I talk to about that?

Canwe stop greening Axios links? They're pretty much worthless, and just repeat the same few sentences over and over.

Seriously:
- can we stop
- greening Axios links?

Nut graf:
They'repretty much worthless
And repeat the same few sentences

The takeaway:
- over and over

ICYMI: Axios articles are pretty much worthless and repeat the same sentences over and over.

After reviewing the playback footage...
...it has been determined...
...that the hand goalpost was in motion...

If I wanted to watch a bunch of huge sweaty men in spandex pile on top of each other and play with balls, I'd go back to the 'Hub
