Biscayne Bay has become a complete cesspool.  Irresponsible boaters leave a disgusting amount of trash everywhere.  Plus there's about a million boats on the water so that's a lot of petroleum products that leak in there.

The dolphins don't stand a chance.  Neither do the Dolphins.

Republicans see the second smartest species on Earth as competition, so definitely want them gone.
