The American justice system. That is a good choice.
It doesn't matter where you got you money (unless you stole it from other rich people in a Ponzi scheme) the fact you have money means you can escape justice.

Exxon just appealed and waited and eventually the U.S. system let them off the hook for the Exxon Valdez disaster. The Sacklers!

This kind of thing will only be news after a rich person actually pays.
