So this "Havana syndrome" thing... has it ever been reported by consulates and embassies from other countries? Weird that it would only affect Americans. Nobody wants to mess with the British, French, or Germans?

Generally not as badly, IIRC. Also, Cuba has absolutely no reason to fark with us, we have good relations with Cuba. It's a dumb theory.

That article had no reference to pesticide, far as I can tell, though I skimmed. Cuba and China both use pesticides with side effects similar to Havana syndrome.

I could imagine Moscow farking around, though. They like making people sick.
