As I said in an earlier Fark thread many moons ago, guys, why the hell would you do that? Don't be a dick.

It's disgusting that there are online communities that defend and encourage stealthing and give advice on how to get away with removing the condom without the consent of their partner,

Um, this is a vile practice and I certainly welcome anything that heaps more punishment, or even the possibility thereof, on individuals who engage in it. But, really? They need advice on how to do it?

I'm betting these people are consummate failures in a whole lot more than maintaining respectful relationships.

I only recently discovered this was a thing, WT actual F? What's the point of doing that? Jesus.

It should be codified as some degree of rape.

Wouldn't eighteen years of child support be enough of a punitive punishment? Or better yet, make him the custodial parent.

Not that I understand why anyone would want to do so in the first place.  Doing so ought to be worth/mandated one free kick to the family jewels from the other party.

/and here I thought 'stealthing' was checking out the FB profile of someone you don't know but thought looked kinda hot

Based on my history in high school and college I am definitely no prude. I'm pretty confident however in saying that maybe these days saving yourself for marriage is an effective tactic for self-preservation. There are just too many immature and terrible people out there that think asserting control over a woman justifies this type of behavior. Unfortunately you're not able to identify them as such until it's too late.

Why do you need a new law?  It's clearly a violation of the terms under which consent was given, turning the consensual sexual encounter into a sexual assault.

With additional laws applying because of the STD and pregnancy potential.

"stealthing," which is removing a condom without permission during intercourse.

...

What the hell is wrong with people??

Ghost loads are certainly preferable when one is stealthing

Im sure that whenever the first case goes to court it will be adjudicated swiftly and without any of the endless he said/she said that plagues so many sex crime trials.

Not that I don't want the book thrown at these people, but how the fark could you even prove this in court?  Maybe just allow women to stand their ground when it comes to something like this.  Then it'll be her word against a dead man's.

2021-09-08 11:56:08 AM
If you just put your condom on improperly, it may break during sex... so how would a partner know this was the case, and that you didn't intentionally break it? This is a weird law, but I get why it is in fact a dick move.

I mean I don't even know how someone would try that in the heat of the moment. Not like you could just casually do it.  Or even why it would cross your mind.

i imagine all of us have had the dreaded rubber come off, which is scary if you're all "anti ever having babies" and your gal isn't on birth control.  And to the rubbers credit, its not always immediately noticeable.

"Her bill has support from the Erotic Service Providers Legal Educational Research Project, which said it could allow sex workers to sue clients who remove condoms during otherwise consensual sex."

How does the legal system handle this?

Imagine there is going to be a plethora of "broken" condoms.

I suppose these incel types don't have the experience to understand that you can last longer with a condom on.

2021-09-08 12:00:14 PM
This is also not ok for doing it in the butt. Because of the HIV.

2021-09-08 12:00:54 PM
Actually had a girlfriend do this to me back in my 20s. We were both a bit drunk, and she managed to get the condom off without me noticing until after the act. To this day I have no idea why she did it. Dumped her the next morning.

2021-09-08 12:01:52 PM
Guys, this law only mentions removing a condom without consent, it doesn't say anything about if the condom breaks.

RTOGUY: Is it still okay for women to lie about being on the pill or about who the father of a baby is?

I would love a paternity test to be standard with a birth; no father listed on the birth certificate without it.  And it's fine to put adoptive parents on there... in a different field.

Then again, I also believe that if a couple is having sex and hasn't discussed what to do in the event of a pregnancy, 'financial abortion' should be an option if the woman wants a pregnancy to continue and the man doesn't.

I also believe it's sad we have to think about all these things and find ways to deal with these issues... Just because so many people are assholes and will lie and screw over their fellow humans.

The high school my nephew goes to just had a walk-out of students protesting the fact that they have to wear masks. Pictures of the event show a mostly male population.

Remember those faces, because those are the faces of guys who'll demand the right to give you gonorrhea.

2021-09-08 12:05:23 PM
AND, this law isn't specific to men, it calls out anyone who removes a condom without consent.

Stop being shiatbags to your sexual partners, people.

Hopefully if you didn't get engaged in married within 18 months you've taken the time to figure out what type of person you're tying yourself to. Take your time kids. Prior to police work I spent a long time doing counseling for drug and alcohol prevention in adolescents. The underlying cause for so many of the addiction issues that I canceled was lack of a family life that the kids felt compelled to try and fill in any way they can, beard drugs, alcohol or unhealthy sexual relationships with controlling people simply because they are that emotionally needy because they never received a coffee childhood growing up.

Take your time, learn about the person you're going to marry, don't be afraid to drop their ass if you got it wrong and for God's sake please don't bring a child into the mix unless you are sure that this person is as healthy as you all need them to be in the next few decades.

This is not an abstinence-only rant, this is simply the new common sense warning because of the type of toxic people that are more prevalent in our society now.

Finally. A sound, legal reason to bring multiple cameras into the bedroom.

"It's not for me baby, it's for our protection."

Article lacks details. Does anyone know if this covers the recipient doing it too? Or condom sabotaging?

/telescopic zoom wouldn't see anything anyway
//multiple cameras - you know, like  sitcom
///like multiple slashies
