Loooooool.   The Nats traded him to Toronto at the deadline and got a solid prospect back.  I scratched my head then, but more so now.   I hope he continues to give the Mets the same quality late inning performances that dropped the Nats out of contention before the deadline.

Also, with a move like this I'd normally ask if the Mets GM was drunk, but that'd be in super poor taste.

He follows the list of formerly great players who did well in Cleveland before stinking it up in NY.   Hand had a few bad stops in between.

When I was in the military we had a woman in the shop who's last name was "Handy".  Always felt a little sorry for that one as first names are almost never known in the military.
