The kiss of death. RIP Best Sellers.

In a perfect world, every movie would have Michael Caine in it.

As romantic leads?

In a perfect world, A Shock to the System would air at least once a week.  Of course, with streaming we can now live in that perfect world.

Ellen Wong is in it, so I will watch it when it's on HBO or something.

There is literally nothing that could get me in a movie theater.  And that was true even before the plague.

/although if the money was right...

I'd like to say that Aubrey is a great actress that is an expert at playing "crazy".  Except I'm not so sure it's acting.

Sure, boobs are boobs.  But Julie Andrews' probably looked better 40 years ago

Sometimes it's about the journey, not the destination.

Not every movie is a whodunnit where the ending is supposed to surprise the audience and catch them off guard.

Did you complain because you knew about the iceberg before you saw Titanic?

She's a bit off, but so far as she admits in interviews, nothing crippling.

She does not appear to be in any danger of boiling bunnies, murdering, or committing suicide.

Hopefully that means we get to keep enjoying her work for some time.

If only. Turns out some Hollywood producer was all "WE NEED SOMEONE WHO VAGUELY RESEMBLES HUGH JACKMAN BUT WILL WORK FOR THREE CENTS ON THE DOLLAR" and lo, Scott Speedman became an actor.

I had a problem with her being too passive in that movie. She's Aubrey Plaza, for God's sake, she should be the main driver of crazy, not the worshipful admirer.

/Mark Duplass makes me want to punch things. Mostly Mark Duplass.

You think that's bad, Old M. C. and Aubrey needed two tubs of Voltarin.

/Mr. Caine for injuries and Ms. Plaza to snort it.

Sploosh indeed.

In the distant past, M TV had a gameshow that was vaguely like Jeopardy! One category was "Leave out Michael Caine." Every question began, "In a perfect world, every movie would have Michael Caine in it."

Example: "Leave out Michael Caine and name the movie. Sandra Bullock, Michael Caine, and Keanu Reeves."

Are you talking about "Remote Control"? I'm almost 53 so, like, yeah I sorta remember stuff but not that category.
