Florida gets nothing until Desantis public acknowledges he was wrong for acting against CDC guidelines and asks for forgiveness for the blood on his hands

/Sorry mommy.

2021-08-10 12:06:08 PM
They're getting a flood of children sick with COVID this time around.  I doubt that will make them side with the humans, though.  The GOP is just in love with this virus.  They want everyone to get it.

2021-08-10 12:07:42 PM
Sure, let's deplete the federal stockpile to help out a state full of people who refused to mask up and get vaxxed. That way even more schoolkids can get sick and die in the fall.

Can you charge a Governor for criminal negligence?

Asking for sane TX and FL residents.

I assume that there are a plurality of sane people in both states.

Take down the EOs.

Oh, the list goes on....

It's just a seasonal spike for ventilators... totally normal. And we probably need ten times that amount....if you could get right on that...

I had similar thoughts but I was wondering if they can be charged with manslaughter or involuntary manslaughter. I really would love to see both in prison.

Tell him he gets NOTHING until he admits to being a lying, seditious fark, then resigns.

2021-08-10 12:23:57 PM
Federal Government should have a "my toys, my rules" for Florida, Texas and a few others.

2021-08-10 12:25:12 PM
Biden should give the go-ahead, if they need that from him, because it's the right thing to do and he's not Trump.

Garza and the Supermutants: Biden should give the go-ahead, if they need that from him, because it's the right thing to do and he's not Trump.

So hard to have empathy for people in those states, but you're right. We need to do the right thing for our fellow Americans. I would definitely use this against DeSantis and Abbott politically, though.

Without addressing the reason for the need , it is the same as just trying to put out only a part of the fire while throwing fuel on the rest of the fire. The stupid that is republican has to stop first.

I would hate to punish the people of Florida for Ron DeathSentence's actions by refusing this request.

But it's tempting.

2021-08-10 12:29:49 PM
So his state needs more tech to care for people with COVID?  If only there were things he could order to mitigate the spread of the virus.  Oh well.

Fark off, dick.

Nothing short of DeathSentence literally falling on his sword is acceptable at this point.

trump that governor and make him grovel.

I know that won't happen, but conservatives definitely farking deserve like-in-kind treatment.

Why start trusting medical professionals now? They should be consulting Bubba over in the trailer park in Ocala instead of them fancy book-learnin' deep state scienticians, since they've spent over a year saying Bubba knows way better...

That's what Trump would have done.

Maybe he should follow Cuomo's lead and resign.

There's making mistakes, like not hitting "Preview" before adding a comment.
There's making dumb mistakes, like hitting "Preview"... not reading what you wrote, and adding the comment anyway.

Then there's DeSantis.

Let's mobilize the Air Force to airlift the children and those who cannot get vaccinated to civilized states and let them get on ventilators there.

Let Florida deal with its willfully unvaccinated on their own.

Sorry / not sorry.

I thought Florida was a Freedom state? Are they not True Conservatives? Why are they asking the incompetent big gubbermint for help? Didn't Ron Death-Sentence see this coming and order more ventilators? Floriduh should pull on their bootstraps and the federal government should deny their request. Floriduh will learn nothing if we bail them out.

//and LA too

Get down on all fours and bark like a dog.

2021-08-10 12:41:47 PM
Typically the next thing that would happen is Biden gets on his Twitter and tell Gov's of TX and FL to get their shiat together, verbatim.

2021-08-10 12:41:56 PM
Of course they can have the vents. Dr. Fauci should deliver them personally to DeSantis, with cameras on of course.

That was different... that was back when the Blue States were the ones needing the ventilators

Garza and the Supermutants: Biden should give the go-ahead, if they need that from him, because it's the right thing to do and he's not Trump.

He should demand that the bans on mask and vaccine mandates be repealed. Otherwise DeSantis will just be back next month asking for hundreds more ventilators.

Ventilators still need staff to run them. Would they come with people too?

How about focusing on preventing people from needing a ventilator in the first place?  Y'know, stuff like wearing a mask, social distancing, etc...

sdd2000: Wait I thought that "the federal stockpile is "not supposed to be states' stockpiles."

What if the federal government needs those ventilators? Floriduh will have to make do with that their governor saw fit to provide for their people.

Would it be ethically acceptable to NOT intubate them?

I mean that's practically the equivalent of having "Do not resuscitate" tattooed on their chest.

Yeah, let's just punish everyone who didn't vote for him, doesn't agree with him, had nothing to do with his jacked up actions... sweet plan.

My Florida man is coming to visit me.

I will keep him safe. Away from Florida because Ron DeSantis refuses.

Vladimir Putin does not get to long reach kill my friends by weaponizing Ron DeSantis.

Ffs, send Florida the help. There's people who need help there now. It's going to be a few more weeks until my friend can stay with me. I want the hospitals to have beds in case entropy crashes into his car!

I would like him to visit me for a vacation instead of fleeing in terror!
