I guarantee you that Amsterdam cops speak better English than TI does.

I mean, the bar is pretty low, but even in my great-grandfather's time (who was an Amsterdam Politie-Agent) the cops spoke multiple languages fluently.

I walked past TI in the mall in Gainesville, FL about 15 years ago. He was about 5 feet tall, had the most ridiculous wannabe gangster walk I've ever seen outside of movies, and on top of his absolutely enormous melon was a teeny, tiny hat.

I've met and talked with him and can confirm everything except I didn't think his head was that big.  But his strut is pretty ludicrous.  I wonder if he code switches that thing away behind closed doors.  I say that because he sounds pretty dumb in the article, but impressed me as pretty intelligent, despite the affected limp.

He's not nearly as popular as he was 15 years ago so his head probably just shrunk back down.

T.I. said in a video Tuesday that he was arrested in Amsterdam for biking across the street without stopping and damaging a cop car with his bike.

I had no idea that damaging a cop car with your bike was mandatory in Amsterdam.
