Had DirecTV for many years (started when it was still called Primestar). Had no issues for most of that time, until AT&T took over. Went straight to hell shortly after and we finally cut the cord about a year and a half ago. I don't expect the company will last long as a stand alone entity.

Cool, so does that mean I'll quit getting calls from AT&T scammers trying to sell me DirectTV?

Also, if you could quit sending me ads for the U-verse service that you can't install on my block even though the VRAD is 400 feet from my front door, that'd be great.

With that huge chunk of ice that fell off Greenland last week, the ocean really is a bit less salty. As with AT&T's suckage, it'll return to normal levels in no time.

This is actually about the "cutting the cord" part of the business, the streaming service att.tv.
