You mean a gaslighting report with no evidence of fraud yet desperately tries to cast doubt on a free and fair election?

We already knew that.

The hue and cry to try to contaminate as much evidence that there was no fraud as possible? We knew that was coming. At this point, it's just a fundraising schtick. And Donnie is likely to need some money fast for an actually good attorney.

"I wanted to review our election processes and see what, if anything, could be improved," Ugenti-Rita wrote on Twitter. "Sadly, it's now become clear that the audit has been botched."

When one of the most notorious trump bootlickers (Ugenti-Rita) turns on the Trump audit, you're officially farked.

Of course she just literally got booed off the stage days ago at a Trump rally for not likcing his boots hard enough.

I think it translates to, "Boy howdy did we get caught on this one. Who knew that the press would actually watch us throw our thumb onto the scale. Time to throw these flunkies under the bus, and hope we can still get the rubes' cash for at least trying."

She is, I suspect, more of an RNC project. I do think that she's trying to figure out when the best time to trade sides is going to be best, but with the investigations, it's going to be difficult to choose a Republican horse too soon, because it will just be too naked a leap, and eyes WILL focus on her portfolios, and spending, and campaign coffers. She's got some time still, but I think that her days as a Democrat are numbered at this point, but she's a savvy enough player that she'll maximize her value, and declaring too soon is just going to give the RNC a chance to back out and leave her in the dust.

The second audit should include the IRS, FEC, DOJ, and any other federal agency that has an interest in people overturning elections by corrupt audits.  We probably won't hear about those until the results are in, and the indictments handed down.

The allegations, indictments, arrests, trials, and sentencing of the Arizona GOP members, Cyber Ninja participants, and hangers-on who tried to perpetuate one of the most ineptly-executed frauds in modern election history, making the "hanging chad" look like skillful political manipulation by comparison, subby?

Relax folks.  Taking unrelated bits of questionable data and turning it into a decisive piece of realistic looking fiction takes time.  But the GOP are masters at that.  See Fox News.

And they ruined the actual voting machines for future elections.  Millions of dollars to replace them.  Time to sue everyone involved for those costs.  Time to bankrupt some people.  They've already tied it all to Trump and his people.  Take a swing at that $80 million pile of cash they're sitting on.

2021-08-01 11:01:07 AM
"Not even a shred of being salvaged at this point," said Sen. Paul Boyer, the first Republican state senator to publicly come out against the audit in May. "They've botched it at so many points along the way that it's irrecoverable."

I assume that this means that the audit conclusively proved that there was zero voter fraud, and that Biden decisively beat Trump.

2021-08-01 11:02:04 AM
"Just say it was corrupt, we'll take care of the rest"

I have to admit, I remain convinced that the reason republicans are SO sure the election was tainted is because they themselves tainted it, and figure the only way they could cheat that hard and still lose is if they were out-cheated.

I assume the "fun part" is when we mock Republicans for managing to pull off an "audit" so corrupt that half of the GOP doesn't even believe it, right?

2021-08-01 11:06:38 AM
This was a whole thing for show by impotent ragers. Even if something was found it would have to be submitted in a court to get any actual redress, and given the shiatshow, the whole thing is tainted.

No.  It means that now comes the real audit, with blackjack and hookers.  Oh, and they need funding for it.  The donation website should be up shortly.

Supporters of the effort blame stonewalling by Maricopa County. The county's Republican leaders refuse to cooperate, saying "competent auditors" have everything they would need to fully review the vote count.

That's called "being hung out to dry" or "being thrown under the bus." It's an occupational hazard when you work for the GOP.

Has anyone FOIA the information about the procurement of the farking contract awarded to these asshats? There's no way that procurement followed proper procedures. I also doubt that none of the other bidders protested*. Usually, you can request a bunch of info on the procurement if you think your company was cheated out of getting the bid. IDK how a company that lost out to cyberninjas, a vendor with zero experience on election audits, would fail to demand a post procurement conference for an explanation about how they lost the bid or how the content of that meeting wasn't full of red flags.

* Unless they did a sole source. In which case, there's plenty of evidence of corruption on the memo they used to justify awarding this contract w/o an open bid. You'd basically have to claim that no one else could do the job. Kinda of a hard argument when you give the gig to a company with zero experience in the area of work.

she's a goofball Republican who had a sex scandal swept away.  the only thing shes "concerned" about is getting re-elected.  whcih she probably will, in her little Scottsdale enclave.  She had her sights on higher office, Sec. Of State, I think, and last week, as I posted above, got booed off the stage at a Trump rally.

So does Maricopa get (have) to buy new election equipment, since everything that was used last year might be compromised now? I haven't heard much about that, though I'm sure it came up at some point.

One of the ballots had a trace of sweet and sour sauce, so therefore Trump is president and Nancy Pelosi must be crushed by a falling house. It's in the Constitution.
