Chocolate is about the only sweet I really like a lot. It's probably better than chocolate cereal. Yuck!

That's because most chocolate cereal tastes really... Artificial.  Like I'm generally oblivious to artificial flavorings but there's something about it that makes me wince and think, "that didn't come from a god."

The only good chocolate to have in the morning is hot chocolate.

Save the chocolate bar for midmorning snack time or second breakfast instead.

Hmm...

But which bourbon should you pair with it??

Anything I have heard about this centers on semi-sweet or dark chocolate with 70+% cocoa and minimal, if any, sugar. Kind of like coffee has healthy benefits when it is just coffee, but you'll think it out while standing in line for your cryspi kreme chocolate doughnut while sipping on a grande frapalattewhippasugga.
I'm sure you'll come to the right decision.

Why would you use a plastic utensil in a hot cast iron pan? You like the taste?

Uh...silicone cooking spatulas are good up to 600 F.

Pretty sure if the pan's anywhere near that, horrible things are about to happen to the eggs.

That's not silicon.
Yes I can tell by looking, I own something similar, and I am familiar with materials and their science.

So they wrote an article that has nothing to report about an inconclusive study. And then there's this:
"The current research included nineteen postmenopausal woman." It's articles like this that make me appreciate that Claire actually tries.

I can't do anything chocolate for breakfast, ever since Halloween in fifth grade when I stayed up much of the night eating chocolate and woke up the next morning with a very upset stomach.

Not all chocolate bars have tons of sugar.

Give me a minimum 70% cacao, or GTFO.

What's not addressed in the article is activity level. If someone's eating a chocolate bar and then just sitting around watching television, I would imagine that would cancel out the health benefits.

You have sugar in your chocolate bars? Weak. 100% or go home.

If only they administered the vaccine in chocolate, it would have worked.

Teaspoon of cocoa and a drop of pure vanilla extract in your morning coffee.  No sugar and takes the bite out of the acidity.

Most things aren't particularly unhealthy as long as you don't overdo it.  It's that word "overdo" that many people seem to have a problem with these days.

/eat a little chocolate every day
//emphasis on a little
