plant-based liquid egg Nabati Plant Eggz-made from an uncommon legume-later this year. The vegan egg replacer is made with lupin beans (a common snack legume in the Mediterranean)

Editors.  Kind of obscure, you may not have heard of them.

The vegan egg replacer is made with lupin beans (a common snack legume in the Mediterranean) and pea protein, and unlike other vegan eggs on the market, it is soy-free and gluten-free.

what? no! "Our product uses lupin and pea protein" means it's made from rabbits (and apparently rabbit-pee?)

/oh wait, possibly I meant "lepus"
//ok, fine, then their product is made from wolves.
///and wolf-pee.

To be completely honest, I do struggle to remember the proper names of groups of canids. IIRC Lupines are wolves, vulpines are foxes and canines are, obvs, dogs.

Ah yes. More admissions from vegans that their chosen diet is a sad and pathetic existence, as they yet again prove that they cannot live without the delicious things they give up

Unless your body actually has issues, just eat real food like a sane and rational human being. Stop making these abortions pretending to be food

also, didn't Gyna already do this except using melamine instead?

It tastes almost, but not quite, entirely unlike eggs.

She hasn't been in the news but I think she's still waiting for donny to keel over.

I don't see them coming out with egg whites and a runny yolk any time soon. The only legitimate reason I can see to avoid eggs is allergies, and those are usually in childhood and go away. Eggs are delicious, nutritious, and apart from honey, perhaps the least intrusive product to steal from the animal world. Yes chickens are abused There are free range alternatives. You don't need to contribute to the mass concentration camp slaughter to enjoy eggs. Or you could enjoy your egg-free lifestyle. I don't get the market for these products. If chickens suffer laying eggs you can start a campaign to give them all C-sections.  You're on your own.

so...
is there a vegan uncanny valley?
what happens if you makes something that is so much like real meat or eggs you absolutely cannot tell the difference?
Then you can't eat it because you can never be sure you have the vegan one.

in other news. No thanks I'll stick to the real
